Can you maintain a site or app somebody else built?
Sometimes — it depends on the state of the codebase. Tell us what you're running and we'll give you an honest answer rather than taking it on and discovering problems later.
How does support pricing work?
Usually a retainer, sized to what the product actually needs. We'll work out the right shape with you rather than pushing a package.
