The short version: we only collect what you give us, we only use it to talk to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you use our contact or booking forms, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and what you tell us about your project or preferred call time.
We do not collect anything beyond what you type into those forms. Browsing the site does not require an account and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your details for exactly one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) and delivered to us by email (Resend). Our website is hosted on Vercel.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall visitor numbers. It is cookie-free and aggregates data anonymously — it cannot identify you, and we never see individual browsing behaviour.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request or maintain our working relationship. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@solventix.dev and we'll respond within a few days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date below.
